Project completed under John Butterworth Architect. Project Manager for a 2200-sq ft gut-renovation on the upper east side which included extensive overhaul of existing electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. Also included new millwork and materials. Coordinated with contractors, sub-consultants, interior designer and client. Completed May 2008.
